Electrical Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical works on a large scale commercial construction project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced site environment and has a strong background in managing teams, ensuring compliance, and delivering high quality installations on time and within budget.

Electrical Supervisor-Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day to day electrical activities on site
• Manage and support a team of electricians and subcontractors
• Ensure all work complies with current regulations, drawings, and specifications
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Maintain health & safety standards and enforce site policies
• Liaise with project managers, main contractors, and other trades
• Monitor progress against programme and report on milestones
• Order materials and manage site resources efficiently
• Assist with commissioning and handover processes

Electrical Supervisor-Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects
• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and installation methods
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
