Electrical Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced-Electrical Supervisor-to oversee electrical installation works on a large residential development. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team delivering a high-quality housing scheme.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians and subcontractors on site.
• Ensure all electrical works are completed safely, on time, and to the required standard.
• Coordinate daily activities and allocate workloads.
• Monitor progress against programme and report to site management.
• Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations, health & safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Carry out quality inspections and snagging.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain accurate site records, including inspections, permits, and progress reports.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on residential construction projects.
• Gold ECS card
• SSSTS
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
