Are you a qualified Electrician / Electrical Engineer from a maintenance background, looking to take the step up into a Supervisor''s position with ongoing technical training and career progression?

You''ll lead a skilled on-site team, overseeing both planned and reactive maintenance while ensuring compliance with industry standards and healthcare-specific regulations. The Role:

• Lead the delivery of planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a complex operational site
• Provide day-to-day supervision, technical guidance, and support to the on-site electrical team
• Ensure all works are completed safely, compliantly, and in line with statutory and contractual requirements

The Candidate:

• Qualified Electrician (NVQ3 or equivalent apprenticeship)
• Looking to step up into a leadership position
