Due to continued investment and growth, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their maintenance leadership team.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on electrical professional with supervisory experience who enjoys leading teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational performance.The RoleReporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of electrical technicians, apprentices and contractors, ensuring all maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Key responsibilities include:Leading and supervising electrical maintenance personnel and contractors.Promoting a strong health, safety, and compliance culture across site.Planning and coordinating preventative, reactive, and shutdown maintenance activities.Managing maintenance schedules and ensuring work orders are completed effectively through the site''s CMMS.Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring accurate maintenance documentation.Supporting employee development through coaching, training, and performance management.Monitoring contractor activities to ensure compliance with site ..... full job details .....
