Electrical Supervisor (Progression to Contracts Manager) Torquay £40,000 - £50,000 + Training + Progression + Company Van + Local Patch + Office Based + Site Visits Are you an Electrical Supervisor or Project Manager looking to join a tight-knit Electrical contractor offering a chance to manage independently manage 7 Engineers and training to become their go-to Contracts Manager? This company has been established for over 30 years and has built a strong reputation across South Devon for domestic, commercial and industrial projects for quality workmanship and reliability. They are an excellent employer who treat their staff with respect and integrity. This role will see you managing several projects at a time, overseeing projects from pre-start through to completion. You will attend site visits within an hour radius of Torquay, building client relationships, managing and scheduling site teams and labour whilst ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high standards. This role will be a 50/50 split between sites and office. This role would suit an Electrical Supervisor or similar looking to join a growing Electrical Contractor offering the chance to become the MD in a few years.
