Electrical Supervisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Electrical Supervisor within a busy manufacturing environment. As a Electrical Supervisor this is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong electrical background to oversee production activities, drive team performance, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Role: Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of electrical panel wirers and fitters, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Key responsbilities of the Electrical Supervisors are Leading, supporting and motivating a team of electrical assembly technicians, panel builders, and fitters. Take ownership of allocated projects from planning through to successful completion. Ensure all testing and inspection procedures are completed accurately and documented before products are released for final assembly. Organise and prioritise daily workloads to meet project milestones and production schedules. Provide regular progress updates to the Manufacturing Manager on project status and team performance. Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and smooth project delivery.
