-300350 per day DOE | 9 Hours Per Day | Starting mid to end of November.

Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking for your next opportunity? We''re seeking a Non-Working Electrical Supervisor to lead and coordinate electrical installation teams on a high-profile project in Exeter, Devon.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on organisation, quality, safety, and ensuring projects run smoothly-without being required to carry out installation work.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Supervising and coordinating electrical operatives and subcontractors
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme
• Conducting site inspections and quality checks
• Managing permits, RAMS, and site documentation
• Liaising with site management, clients, and project stakeholders
• Driving high standards of workmanship and health & safety compliance
• Monitoring progress and resolving site issues proactively

What We''re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• SSSTS or SMSTS essential.
• JIB/ECS Gold Card.
• Good knowledge of electrical installations and current regulations
• Ability to manage multiple teams and maintain programme targets
• Will need to have DBS and EL1 clearance (The electrical contractor can help you through this).
