Job overview Nuco Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor on behalf of a leading social housing contractor operating across London and the South East. This is a permanent role offering a mix of field-based and office-based responsibilities, overseeing electrical operations, supporting engineers in the field, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Role and Responsibilities As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of Electricians across planned and reactive maintenance contracts within the social housing sector. Key duties include: Supervising and supporting a team of Electricians Carrying out site visits and quality inspections Specifying and pricing electrical works Reviewing and checking electrical certification Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company procedures Conducting health and safety inspections and audits Providing technical support and guidance to Electricians Monitoring performance and productivity across the contract Liaising with clients, tenants, and internal teams Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation 18th Edition Wiring Regulations AM2 Qualification ECS Gold Card Full UK Driving Licence Previous supervisory experience within social housing Strong knowledge of electrical testing, inspection, and compliance requirements ..... full job details .....
