Subcontractor & Labour Management: Direct internal operatives and electrical subcontractors, allocating daily tasks and monitoring productivity.- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safe systems of work, review and manage Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and control permit-to-work and isolation procedures.- Technical Coordination: Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, cable schedules, and ensure "red-line" as-built drawings are updated. Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between the-site team, site manager, contracts manager, clients, and external stakeholders Quality & Handover: Inspect completed work, manage snagging/defects, and support final project handover and documentation.
