Electrical Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join a Direct Services team and lead a team of skilled electrical technicians in Croydon. You will be responsible for overseeing electrical repairs, maintenance, inspections and testing, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with current legislation, industry standards and NICEIC requirements. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will provide technical leadership, manage workloads, support the development of your team and help ensure we consistently deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service. Based in Croydon, the role will also involve occasional travel to support teams and colleagues in other locations when required. Key Responsibilities Supervise and provide technical support to a team of electrical technicians. Plan, allocate and monitor workloads to ensure repairs and planned works are completed within agreed timescales. Ensure all electrical works are carried out safely and in accordance with current legislation, regulations and industry standards. Oversee electrical repairs, maintenance, inspections and testing. Ensure works meet NICEIC requirements and support successful NICEIC assessments. Review electrical certification and ensure documentation is completed accurately and within required timescales.
