Electrical Supervisor

Client Details Our client is a global business based in the South East of Scotland who have a well established site that operate and manufacture material that services a variety of sectors including FMCG, Healthcare etc. Description The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the site''s electrical maintenance function to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of all manufacturing, process and utility equipment. The role provides technical leadership to Electrical Technicians, Instrumentation and Control Engineers, and contractors while ensuring all maintenance activities are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance. The position plays a critical role in supporting production performance, equipment reliability, continuous improvement initiatives and the successful delivery of engineering projects. The Electrical Supervisor will work closely with Operations, Engineering and Maintenance teams to drive operational excellence and develop the capability of the electrical team.
