Job Title: 2 x Electrical Supervisors

Location: Central Leeds 

Salary: £275 - £300 day rate

Type: Contract

Project Duration: 12 months + (Residential Apartment Block)

Job Description:

We are urgently seeking 2 experienced Electrical Supervisors to join our clients team for an exciting project based in central Leeds. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the electrical aspects of a sizeable, new-build residential apartment block project with a duration of 12 months +

Key Responsibilities:

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of electrical works on site, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
• Supervise the electrical installation teams and sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all electrical-related matters between the client, the main contractor, and the subcontractors.
• Monitor and ensure Health & Safety Compliance & Quality Control
• Project Coordination - Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and other trades to ensure the electrical works integrate seamlessly with the overall construction schedule.
• Team Leadership and Development - Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of electricians and junior staff
• Manage subcontractors - Facilitate regular team meetings to review progress, solve issues, and ensure the smooth running of operations.
• Client and Stakeholder Liaison
• Documentation & Reporting

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Electrical Supervisor in a construction environment.
• Electrical qualifications and a strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Familiarity with residential construction projects is advantageous.
