Electrical Supervisor Social Housing Location: Ashford, Kent Salary: Up to £51,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Working Pattern: 4 days office based, 1 from home. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical teams across social housing contracts covering Kent and Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional to lead electrical operatives, maintain compliance standards, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Supervise electrical works, ensuring compliance with current IET Wiring Regulations, Health and Safety legislation and NICEIC requirements. Act as the NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor, reviewing, validating, and signing off electrical certificates. Maintain NICEIC registration and prepare for annual assessments. Conduct site audits, quality inspections, and compliance checks. Provide technical guidance and support to electricians and apprentices. Review test certificates, inspection reports, and remedial documentation. Support workforce planning, productivity, and first-time fix performance. Deliver toolbox talks and ensure compliance with RAMS and risk assessments. Liaise with clients, contract managers, and operational teams to resolve issues promptly.
