This is a hands-on supervisory role, combining day-to-day leadership of the electrical team with active involvement in installation activities. The successful candidate will have a strong marine electrical background and a thorough understanding of marine installation standards and practices. Responsibilities Supervise the electrical team on a day-to-day basis, including task allocation, progress monitoring and quality checks. Coordinate with client representatives and production teams to ensure work progresses efficiently and any issues are resolved promptly. Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with site procedures and marine industry standards. Remain hands-on with installation activities as required, including cable installation, termination, glanding and testing.
