      <description>Location: Burton upon Trent | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, modification, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment across a range of customer sites and industries.  The role provides hands-on leadership and technical guidance to electricians, ensuring all project activities — including new installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement works — are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The Electrical Supervisor will ensure full compliance with food industry standards, site procedures, and relevant electrical regulations, while driving quality, productivity, and best practice across all workstreams  Key Responsibilities  	 Order materials, manage small team of electricians, complete timesheets, conduct HSE audits, accident investigations and propose corrective actions where necessary.
