Job Details Duration: 2 months Hours: 10-hour shifts Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekend work) Role Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising existing site operatives, monitoring productivity, and ensuring work is completed safely and to the required standard. Scope of Work The site team is carrying out LV termination and installation works on a 50MW solar project, including: Termination of cables into isolation boxes and inverters Earth connection installations Cable tray installation Working with 300mm aluminium cables Requirements Valid ECS/JIB Card (essential) Previous supervisory experience within electrical installation projects Experience with LV terminations and similar electrical installation work Strong leadership and site coordination skills Solar farm experience is advantageous Interested?
