Electrical Supervisor / Lead Electrician Location Kingston Contract Full time, permanent Salary T.B.C Key Responsibilities Leadership and Team Management Manage, mentor, and develop a small team of electrical technicians and installers. Allocate workload and resources across multiple projects. Ensure safe working practices are followed at all times. Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings. Monitor productivity, quality standards, and project deadlines. Support recruitment, training, and performance development of team members. Electrical Production and Installation Build, wire, test, and commission activation installations and display systems. Install and maintain temporary and permanent 240V electrical syste Assemble and test low-voltage systems including: LED lighting RGB LED systems DMX controls Power supplies and transformers Interactive display electronics Motion sensors Retail activation technologies Perform fault finding and diagnostics during production and on-site installations inc PAT testing. Produce safe and efficient cable routing solutions. Support workshop manufacture and site installations across the UK and internationally when required. Compliance and Safety Ensure all work complies with: BS 7671 IET Wiring Regulations Electricity at Work Regulations Health and Safety at Work Act Company Health and Safety procedures Carry out electrical testing and inspection.
