Electrical Supervisor Location: Dudley Salary: 50,000 - 58,000 Shifts: Monday to Friday - 8 am - 4:30 pmCommutable from: Worcester, Tewkesbury, Stratford-upon-Avon, Bromsgrove, Redditch, GloucesterBenefits:33 days holidayCompany pensionTraining and career progressionCompany Overview: A well-established UK-based heavy engineering manufacturer in Dudley is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join its expanding engineering team.Role and Responsibilities:Supervise and support a team of 4 engineers and 1 apprentice, ensuring work is completed safely and efficientlyOversee maintenance activities across production equipment and site services within a heavy manufacturing environmentCoordinate planned maintenance and manage reactive breakdown response to minimise downtimeProvide technical guidance on electrical and mechanical fault finding using drawings and schematicsSupport PLC diagnostics and oversee installation, commissioning and modification of machinery and equipmentKnowledge, Skills and Experience:Proven maintenance engineering experience within heavy engineering or manufacturing environmentsPrevious supervisory or team leadership experienceLevel 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringExperience with PLC fault finding and diagnosticsStrong hands-on electrical and mechanical fault-finding capabilityIf you''re ready for your next challenge, click the link below to apply or email your CV to (url removed) for a confidential discussion!If you are interested in this ..... full job details .....
