Electrical Qualified Supervisor Role: Electrical Qualified Supervisor (NICEIC QS) Location: Ealing, West London / Staines , Surrey Salary: £54,184.57 per annum + Company Van and Fuel Card Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM + On-Call Rota Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor to lead the technical governance and operational delivery of electrical maintenance services across a major social housing property portfolio.Working closely with senior operations and client stakeholders, you will oversee both planned replacement and reactive maintenance contracts. This position is responsible for ensuring work complies with British Standards (BS 7671), internal SHEQ policies, and regulatory requirements, while directly supervising direct labour operatives and specialist subcontractors across West London.Key Responsibilities Technical Governance and Certification Act as the lead Qualified Supervisor (QS), validating, signing off, and submitting all electrical test documentation, EICRs, and minor works certificates. Ensure all testing instruments, calibrated multi-function testers, and tools are logged, certified, and compliant with industry regulations. Maintain comprehensive technical audit records, inspection logs, and certification databases to satisfy client and governing body standards.
