Electrical Supervisor

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR Fareham Commercial and Industrial Up to 52,000 DOE + Door-to-Door Travel We are working with an established and growing building services contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their team in Fareham. This is a hands-on supervisory position, ideally suited to an experienced electrician who has progressed into supervision and has a strong background in commercial and industrial electrical installations. This is NOT a domestic or maintenance-focused role. The successful candidate will be supervising electrical installation projects, leading teams on site and remaining hands-on where required. THE ROLE As Electrical Supervisor, you will work closely with the Electrical Operations Manager and Project Managers, taking responsibility for the day-to-day organisation and supervision of electrical teams across a range of commercial and industrial projects. The role will involve leading and coordinating electricians on site, ensuring teams are properly briefed on installation requirements and Health and Safety procedures, acting as a point of contact for clients and coordinating with other contractors and trades. You will monitor project progress, assist with labour and material requirements, attend site meetings and surveys, and provide technical support to the electrical team.
