Allocate workload and resources across multiple projects. Ensure safe working practices are followed at all times. Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings. Monitor productivity, quality standards, and project deadlines. Support recruitment, training, and performance development of team members. Electrical Production and Installation Build, wire, test, and commission activation installations and display systems. Install and maintain temporary and permanent 240V electrical systems. Assemble and test low-voltage systems including: LED lighting RGB LED systems DMX controls Power supplies and transformers Interactive display electronics Motion sensors Retail activation technologies Perform fault finding and diagnostics during production and on-site installations inc PAT testing.
