The Role
 
As the Electrical Supervisor, you’ll:

• Manage and supervise the daily operations across the site.
• Lead a small team, providing hands-on support and mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards, including Level 3, 18th edition qualifications.
• Maintain positive client relationships on-site with the team.
• Assist in paperwork and reporting for all activities.

To be successful in the role of Electrical Supervisor, you''ll have the following skills and experience: 

• Proven supervisory experience and electrical expertise.
• Holding a Level 3 qualification along with the 18th edition.
• Desirable to have 2391 or AM2 qualifications.
• Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
