From EV Chargers to Solar Panels and general fit outs, the company pride themselves on delivering high-quality services. You will be responsible for supervising a team of 4 electricians, performing installations and maintenance. Your day will start by conducting a toolbox talk every morning, before heading to site. As a supervisor, you will organise jobs, allocate the team based on their skills, plan and coordinate work, alongside putting together time sheets. This will be combined with the expected hands-on duties. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to progress into an office-based supervisor position, where training on estimating can be provided. The suitable candidate will be an experienced electrician, complimented by an electrical qualification, with a background in renewable energy.
