About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated-Electrical Supervisor-to join our growing team in Norfolk. This is a permanent opportunity for a skilled professional to oversee electrical works across a range of projects, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installations on-site
• Lead and manage a team of electricians and subcontractors
• Ensure all work complies with current regulations and company standards
• Carry out site inspections, testing, and quality checks
• Interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and other trades
• Maintain health & safety standards at all times
• Manage materials, tools, and resources effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor-
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• Valid ECS/CSCS card (Gold card preferred)
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of electrical regulations (BS 7671)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Full UK driving licence
