Electrical Supervisor Location: Newmarket Job Type: Contract Salary/Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience The Role Anglian Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation works across a commercial project. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with a strong electrical background who can manage site teams, maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. The successful candidate will be confident coordinating electricians and subcontractors, liaising with project management teams and ensuring all electrical works comply with current regulations and health and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electricians and subcontractors on site. Oversee electrical installation works, ensuring they meet project specifications and deadlines. Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and safety standards. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are followed. Coordinate labour, materials and daily site activities. Liaise with project managers, site managers and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure risk assessments, method statements and site documentation are adhered to. Identify and resolve site issues promptly. Maintain a strong focus on health, safety and housekeeping.
