adi Automotive Electrical Services Supervisor Location - West MidlandsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our adi Automotive division. Working across a number of leading automotive manufacturing facilities, primarily in the West Midlands areas, you will be responsible for supervising teams of electricians, coordinating electrical projects, and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:Supervising and supporting teams of electricians across automotive manufacturing sites. Managing day-to-day electrical projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and within budget. Coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors to meet project requirements. Monitoring quality, inspection and testing documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards. Conducting site inspections and safety audits, ensuring adherence to Health and Safety procedures. Liaising with clients, site engineers and suppliers to support successful project delivery. Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation. Assisting with quotations, estimates and project planning activities.
