Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Compliance andamp; MaintenanceMaintain 100% electrical compliance across the housing stock.Ensure all electrical repairs and remedial works are raised, completed on time, and delivered to a high standard, including effective post-inspections.Ensure all maintenance activities comply with statutory health and safety requirements, including correct execution, testing, and record keeping.Manage contracts in compliance with CDM Regulations.Contract andamp; Service ManagementProvide specialist electrical and maintenance advice to colleagues when required.Work collaboratively across the Directorate to promote best practice and improve service delivery.Manage contractor performance and ensure maintenance services meet contractual obligations and customer expectations.Support the planning, monitoring, and management of maintenance budgets, identifying opportunities to achieve value for money.Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Oversee outstanding work orders, ensuring they are completed within agreed timescales and resolving customer enquiries effectively.Carry out stock validation surveys as required.Customer, Community andamp; Building SafetyPromote equality, diversity, and inclusion while supporting the needs of local communities.Act as the emergency out-of-hours contact on a rota basis when required.Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and deliver joined-up services.Attend resident ..... full job details .....
