Specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of incubation and HVAC systems for the poultry industry, this organisation has built a strong international reputation for delivering high-quality solutions.This is an exciting opportunity to take on a hands-on leadership role within a forward-thinking business.Key DutiesManage the day-to-day operations of the electrical workshop.Lead, motivate, and support a team of 6-8 electrical operatives.Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet shipping deadlines and ensure on-time delivery.Monitor and manage stock levels of consumables and electrical components.Oversee labour planning, including supporting recruitment where required.Adapt to changing priorities and manage staffing levels, including overtime.Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets required standards.Identify production issues and implement effective corrective actions.Report on production progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.Monitor team performance, set targets, and carry out appraisals.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including conducting safety inspections.Maintain accurate documentation, records, and filing ..... full job details .....
