Role Responsibilities Conducting regular on-site and workplace assessments to evaluate learners'' practical skills, competence, and adherence to 18th Edition regulations and health and safety standards.Guiding learners through the preparation, compilation, and submission of their NVQ portfolios and workplace evidence.Delivering constructive, timely feedback and setting targeted action plans to ensure apprentices and learners progress toward qualification milestones.Maintaining accurate, up-to-date assessment records, tracking learner progress, and updating internal electronic portfolio systems (e.g., OneFile, Smart Assessor).Liaising with employers, site managers, and college tutors to coordinate assessment visits, monitor workplace support, and review overall apprentice development.Participating in Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) processes, standardisation meetings, and ongoing professional ..... full job details .....
