Job Title: Electrical Site Supervisor- Minor Works and Civils Reports to: Project Manager Role Summary: As an Electrical Site Supervisor your primary role is to oversee and manage electrical installation activities on-site for minor works projects. You will play a crucial leadership role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of electrical works, while adhering to project specifications, schedules, and budgetary constraints. Your hands-on supervision, technical expertise, and proactive approach will be instrumental in driving project success and client satisfaction. Key Duties Provide on-site leadership and supervision to electrical installation teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Plan and coordinate electrical installation activities in collaboration with project managers, site engineers, and other trades, scheduling resources, materials, and equipment to meet project timelines and milestones.
