Electrical Site Supervisor

Job Title: Electrical Site Supervisor Location: Southampton Rate: £400 per day (Umbrella) Start Date: ASAP Duration: 4 Months (with likely extension) Skilled Careers are partnering with a well-established main contractor to recruit an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor for a university project in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a strong site team and play a key role in overseeing electrical installations, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver daily site safety briefings Supervise mechanical and electrical subcontractors Ensure full compliance with site health and safety regulations Carry out QA checks and maintain accurate records Produce daily and weekly progress reports Prepare and manage 6-week look-ahead programmes Support Mechanical and Electrical Site Managers with day-to-day operations You will be working as part of an established site team, including engineers, senior engineers, commercial staff, and a Project Manager. Requirements Relevant Electrical Qualification SMSTS or SSSTS certification CSCS Gold or Black Card Proven experience supervising electrical installations on construction projects Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities Valid 18th Edition and City and Guilds qualification (or equivalent) For more information, please contact Stephen Tiigah - (url removed) ..... full job details .....
