Electrical Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical compliance, testing quality, and service delivery across a key regional contract within the property maintenance and refurbishment sector, this will be a permanent opportunity. This role is responsible for overseeing electrical operations, ensuring full compliance with NICEIC and BS7671 standards, supporting field operatives, and driving high standards of safety, quality, and customer service. The successful candidate will act as the technical authority for all electrical works across multiple sites. This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to manage and support multiple workstreams effectively. Key Responsibilities Compliance and Technical Oversight Act as the NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor for designated contracts Review, validate, and sign off electrical certification Ensure compliance with BS7671 and all relevant electrical legislation Maintain NICEIC accreditation standards and support annual assessments Conduct site inspections, audits, and technical evaluations Ensure all electrical works meet safety and quality standards Operational Supervision Supervise electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors across multiple sites Coordinate labour allocation and technical resources Support reactive maintenance and planned works programmes Drive improvements in testing, inspection, diagnostic, and installation standards Monitor ..... full job details .....
