Key skills Oversee electrical site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications, programme, budget and contractual requirements. Take responsibility for HSEQ performance within the area of responsibility, ensuring all relevant HSEQ requirements are implemented and complied with. Review RAMS, identify and mitigate hazards, monitor safe working practices and stop work where safety may be compromised. Coordinate electrical contractors, subcontractors and consortium partners, ensuring effective planning, execution and coordination of installation works. Oversee electrical installation, testing and completion activities, including planning and implementing installation testing procedures and ensuring compliance with relevant national and international technical standards. Follow up contractor performance, deviations, claims, change requests and the timely closure of punch-list items.
