Electrical Site Operative

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Electrical Site Operative to join our client''s growing team. This is a field-based role where you will be supporting the installation and maintenance of electrical and security systems across a variety of sites. Ideal for someone early in their career who is keen to gain valuable hands-on experience and develop their skills further.

Requirements:

• A genuine interest in electrical or security system work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work at heights.
• ECS/CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
• Previous experience or transferable skills (e.g., from electrical, construction, or site-based roles) would be advantageous but not essential - full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation and maintenance of systems such as CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and fire alarms.
• Work alongside experienced engineers to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.
• Follow health & safety standards and company procedures at all times.
• Support the team with troubleshooting and resolving issues on site.
• Manage tasks effectively to ensure deadlines are met.

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
• Some weekend work may be required (paid additionally).
