Job DescriptionElectrical Site Manager – London – 8 Months – £400/day – Immediate StartWe are partnering with a well-established MandE contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to deliver a high-profile commercial fit-out project in London.This is a long-term contract offering stability, a dynamic project environment, and a competitive rate of £400 per day.The Role

As Electrical Site Manager, you will oversee the full electrical installation on-site, ensuring works are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and driving the electrical works from inception through to commissioning and handover.Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site activities relating to the electrical packageLiaise with project managers, design teams, and client representativesEnsure all electrical works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standardsOversee subcontractor performance, health and safety compliance, and toolbox talksCoordinate with mechanical and other disciplines to ensure seamless deliveryAttend progress meetings and provide technical input as requiredAssist with procurement and material scheduling as necessaryEnsure commissioning activities are planned and executed efficientlyRequirements

Proven experience in a similar Electrical Manager / Site Manager roleStrong background in building services (MEP), ideally with a Tier 1 or large subcontractorPrevious experience on large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projectsSMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and relevant electrical qualificationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple subcontractors and drive high-performance teamsBased within commutable distance of London or willing to travelFor more information, please contact: Stephen Tiigah – (url ..... full job details .....
