Oversee, coordinate, and successfully deliver electrical installation works in line with programme, quality, and safety requirements. Manage site labour, specialist subcontractors, materials, plant, and equipment to ensure works are delivered efficiently and on schedule. Ensure all electrical works are carried out to the highest standard, with full compliance to RAMS, site safety plans, and company quality procedures. Maintain daily site records, including labour allocation, progress, delays, accidents, near misses, and additional works.
