Electrical Site Manager - Commercial Fit-OutThames Valley Park, Reading 350- 400 per day (Outside IR35)Long-Term Contract ASAP StartThe OpportunityWe are recruiting on behalf of a growing MandE contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across the South East.Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the electrical installation on a 3.5 million CAT B commercial fit-out at Thames Valley Park, Reading.The project comprises a CAT B fit-out across three floors delivered over three phases, with further opportunities expected across specialist laboratory refurbishments and office-to-lab conversion projects in Oxfordshire.The RoleAs Electrical Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the electrical works on site, working closely with the Project Manager and wider MEP team.You will manage electrical subcontractors and site labour, ensuring installations are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.The role will suit an experienced Electrical Site Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of a fast-paced commercial fit-out project and coordinating closely with mechanical, public health and other trades.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day electrical installation on a 3.5m CAT B commercial fit-outManage Electrical Supervisors, subcontractors and site labourOversee power, lighting, ..... full job details .....
