The project is currently in the final stages and requires someone experienced with project completion, snagging, quality checks and handover. The initial requirement is expected to run for approximately 8 weeks weeks, however the contractor also has a new 334 apartment development starting in Wolverhampton in the coming months. Candidates who perform well will have the opportunity to move onto this scheme, providing around 18 months of additional work. The Role: You will be working with the project team to drive the final stages of the scheme through to completion.
