Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Senior Electrical Supervisor. Strong background delivering electrical infrastructure projects. - Previous experience working within NHS or live healthcare environments. Good working knowledge of NHS Healthcare Technical Memoranda (HTMs), particularly those relating to electrical systems. Excellent understanding of electrical distribution systems, substations, generators and critical power infrastructure. Ability to manage multiple site teams simultaneously. Experience coordinating subcontractors and direct labour. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications. Competent in planning works and managing project programmes.
