Electrical Site Manager - Fire Detection

Site Manager Fire Detection Location: UK Wide Initial Projects in the Midlands Sector: Fire Detection Benefits: 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Company Pension Life Insurance We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to join a specialist Special Risk fire protection team, managing the delivery of technically demanding fire detection and suppression projects across the UK. The position will initially focus on projects throughout the Midlands, with future work across various UK sites. It would suit an experienced Fire Alarm Site Manager, Fire Detection Supervisor, Fire Systems Supervisor or electrically biased Site Manager who has worked on large-scale construction, industrial or technically complex projects. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring installations are completed safely, correctly and in accordance with programme requirements, approved drawings, risk assessments and method statements. The Role As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day installation, testing and commissioning of fire detection, mechanical fire protection and gas suppression systems Managing and supervising specialist installation subcontractors Carrying out regular site inspections Ensuring works comply with approved drawings, RAMS and construction programmes Putting operatives and subcontractors to work safely Monitoring site progress, quality and housekeeping Managing permits and ensuring safe systems of work ..... full job details .....
