The Role Manage site teams and subcontractors to deliver projects safely and efficiently Plan and coordinate resources, schedules, and operational delivery Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget Liaise with clients, engineers, and internal teams regarding project delivery Drive performance, productivity, and continuous improvement on site Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations The Person Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness Experience within construction, electrical, civils, or utilities environments is preferred The Opportunity £60,000 £65,000 per year depending on experience Company vehicle Bonus and healthcare package Opportunity for progression within ..... full job details .....
