Electrical Site Manager - 65k- 70kLocation: LondonSalary: 65,000 - 70,000 + packageProject Value: 2 millionType: PermanentSector: MEP / Electrical / Building ServicesElectrical Site Manager - LondonAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join a leading, award-winning MEP contractor working on a prestigious 2 million contract in London.We are looking for an experienced electrical professional with a strong contractor-side background and proven experience delivering CAT A and CAT B commercial fit-out projects.The RoleAs Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of the electrical works across the 2 million contract, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day delivery of electrical works on siteTake responsibility for electrical works across the 2m contractManage and coordinate subcontractors and site teamsPlan and sequence electrical installation worksCoordinate electrical works with other MEP disciplinesReview drawings, specifications and technical informationMonitor progress against programmeAttend site, progress and coordination meetingsLiaise with the main contractor, consultants and client representativesIdentify and resolve technical and installation issuesMaintain high standards of workmanship and qualityManage snagging through to completionSupport testing, commissioning and handoverEnsure works ..... full job details .....
