Electrical Site Manager

Electrical Site Manager is required for a new build high end residential project based in Wandsworth London that is consiting of 150 units. Brookfield M&E are currently looking for a Electrical Site Manager-for a M&E sub contractor who have won a new build project which is fresh of the ground and running for 2 years.-

The company have a turnover of -70m + and currently have 4-projects running throughout London at the moment, They have a high performing team in place and are now looking to recruit a Electrical Site Manager to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to join an established company on a long term project with progression offered.

The Electrical Site Manager Duties are:

• To ensuring the company Health and Safety is adhered to along with the provision of all necessary H&S documentation
• Tools Box Talk
• Method Statements
• Management of Subcontractors
• Procurement
• Tech Subs-
• Manage and coordinate the site-based resources to deliver the project.
• Ordering materials and organization of work.
• Planning and organizing projects
• Planning and scheduling resources to meet project goals
