Job Title: Electrical Site Manager Location: Manchester Rate: £350 per day (CIS) (DOE)Start Date: Immediate (interview required) Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Duration: Minimum 6 months About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client''s dynamic projects team for a significant hospital development in Manchester. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of various projects valued between £50k and £2M electrical works. As the Site Manager, you will oversee all operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate all site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. - Supervise subcontractors and ensure effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved. - Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments. - Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and standards. - Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates and address any concerns. - Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
