We are recruiting an engineer to maintain operations at a state-of-the-art Data Centre in West London.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance and Planned Works: Receive electronic PPM instructions vand execute all mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks to strict schedules.Fault Finding and Diagnostics: Undertake comprehensive diagnostic analysis across the site''s whole electrical and infrastructure system.Site Logs and Compliance: Maintain precise electronic and paper records, ensuring an accurate Site Logbook is kept up-to-date for client approval.Client Engagement: Liaise directly with client representatives to address queries, maintain outstanding service delivery, and respond promptly to on-site requests.Stock and Inventory: Monitor, manage, and replenish maintenance consumables to ensure agreed stock levels are consistently met.Condition Inspections: Conduct visual inspections of all installed equipment and submit written reports on potential risks to system reliability.Health and Safety: Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, actively reporting risks to ensure a zero-harm working environment.Breakdowns and Emergencies: Respond rapidly to site breakdowns and call-out requests, keeping the client ..... full job details .....
