Electrical Shift Engineer

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK''s leading FM/building services providers who are looking to hire an experienced maintenance engineer with an electrical bias to join their shift team on a prestigious site in the Vauxhall area of London.-

The role will operate on a 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights shifts 07:00 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 07:00.

Responsibilities:

• Planned preventative maintenance-
• Reactive duties
• Emergency light tests, lamping, CCTV checks, BMS monitoring
• AHU''s, FCU''s, VAV''s, Motors-and all main HVAC systems through out the site.-
• Single and 3 phase power
• Minor installations

Requirements:

• Proven track record in building service maintenance/facilities - Essential-
• City and Guilds/NVQ - electrical installation
• 18th Edition
• Exposure to critical systems - desirable
• Client facing
• Ability to pass a full security vetting - no criminal record-
• 10 years unbroken UK residency-

The nature of the role requires a high end security checks, this is essential for the position so this must be taken into account when applying.-
