Salary: -47,500 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days Only)

Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a prestigious, high-end corporate site in Kingston upon Thames. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong engineer to work within a professional building services team, delivering high-quality maintenance within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) across electrical building services systems.

• Respond to and resolve reactive maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

• Perform fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical systems and associated equipment.

• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health & safety regulations and site procedures.

• Support the wider engineering team with general building services maintenance when required.

• Maintain accurate records of work completed using the CAFM system.

• Liaise with site management, colleagues, and subcontractors where necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 Electrical qualification.

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

• Previous experience working within a corporate or commercial building environment.

• Strong understanding of PPM schedules and reactive maintenance within building services.

• Good fault-finding ability and strong technical knowledge of electrical systems.

• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage workloads efficiently.
