This role is based on a large commercial contract in Fife. Package: Competitive salary of up to -52,000 per annum depending on experience Permanent contract of 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday 24 days of annual leave plus 9 public holidays Comprehensive pension scheme and life cover Duties: Leading the planning, installation, and upkeep of power distribution and lighting infrastructure across facilities. Managing high- and low-voltage electrical distribution systems, transformer sub-stations, and backup power supplies like generators and UPS networks. Overseeing building management systems, energy monitoring, and power quality performance to ensure optimal energy efficiency. Supervising electrical engineers, site technicians, and specialist sub-contractors during operational and capital works. Ensuring full compliance with electrical safety regulations, statutory testing standards, and safe systems of work.
