💰 Salary: £35,000🔧 Overtime:

• Over 42.5 hours = 1.5x rate

Your Role As a Service Engineer, you will work closely with our Service Manager, Lead Service Engineer, and all departments to deliver excellence and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Organise and complete service visits in line with manufacturer recommendations.
  
  
• Install, position, and commission equipment at customer sites.
  
  
• Repair equipment and identify potential sales opportunities.
  
  
• Provide technical support to colleagues and customers.
  
  
• Promote PB Design with professionalism and adherence to quality standards.

Technical Support

• To provide technical support to colleagues & customers as required.

Sales

• To plan & organise sales visits to existing and prospective customers.
  
  
• To promote the sale of the Company’s products & services.
  
  
• To report on the outcome and follow-up action resulting from all sales visits.
  
  

What You Bring

• Certifications: Health & Safety certification; customer accreditations (e.g., UKPN, National Grid).
  
  
• Experience: Panel wiring, sub station, industrial electrician, EV Charging, stand by power solutions
  
  
• Skills: Electrical/electronic fault-finding, electromechanical installations.
  
  
• Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and physical capability for manual tasks.
