      <description>Location: Padanaram | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Job Description    About the Role   As an Electrical Service Engineer within NOV''s UK Aftermarket Service team, you will support the service, repair, inspection, installation and commissioning of NOV equipment at offshore and onshore customer locations worldwide.  This is a home-based role within mainland UK with extensive international travel on an ad-hoc basis. You will use your electrical maintenance and controls expertise to diagnose faults across electrical and control systems, including PLC and computer-controlled systems, AC and DC power systems and variable frequency drives (VFDs).  Depending on the work scope, you may work independently at customer locations or alongside mechanical and other Service Engineers as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role is highly customer-facing and requires a strong commitment to safety, quality and professional customer service.
